A TCM master and a TJQ master have one thing in common. They are all seeking the balance of Yin and Yang in our body. A good TCM doctor has to understand the Yin/ Yang unbalance within the patient during the diagnosis and treatment. A good TJQ practitioner has to master the Yin/Yang balance internally when play the TJQ alone, and dominate the Yin/Yang balance when facing an opponent.
A simple way to describe the principle of TJQ is: mastering Yin/Yang balance. Keep the body in a neutral position. That is it!
